This Privacy Policy explains how Thanh Nhan Huynh (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Parvis Spot application and related services (the “App”).
By using the App you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
02Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, submit a form, request support or exercise a privacy right, you may provide your name, email address and the content of your message. If the App offers optional profile features, you may also provide additional details such as a display name, contact details or preferences.
Usage information. We may process information about how you interact with the App, such as the screens and features you use, the actions you take, the preferences you set, session information, and similar product-interaction data.
Device and technical information. We and our service providers may process technical data such as device type, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, general region derived from IP address, installation and device identifiers, crash reports, performance data and diagnostic logs.
Purchase information. If the App offers paid features, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We and our service providers may receive purchase and subscription metadata such as the product identifier, transaction or subscription status, renewal, trial and cancellation events. We do not receive your full card number or security code.
03How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain and improve the App; to deliver and manage features and subscriptions; to respond to your messages, support requests and privacy requests; to understand how the App is used and to develop new functionality; to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical problems; and to comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
04How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, including hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and product-improvement providers, crash-reporting and diagnostic providers, messaging and email providers, and app stores and subscription-management providers. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of Thanh Nhan Huynh, our users or the public; to enforce our Terms; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.

The App and this website may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary for basic operation, security and preferences. Where required by law, non-essential technologies are used only with your consent, and you can control them through your browser or device settings.
